The trip

After spending the first day in Edinburgh (includes Edinburgh day pack), the early morning of day two we are going to the romantic village Luss on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Famous because of the Scotish television drama - Take The High Road. In Luss you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Loch Lomond and the munro (Scotish mountain with a height over 3000 ft) Ben Lemond, after visiting Luss we will go to the famous site of the 1692 Glencoe massacre, Glencoe is located in the Highlands of Scotland and is often presumed as the most beautiful and spectacular places in Scotland, followed by a short drive to Fort William in the shadow of Britain's highest mountain Ben Nevis, where we stop for lunch.

We are going to spend the afternoon at Fort Augustus a small village on the banks of Loch Ness. A boat trip on the loch is possible and you can visit Cherry Island - the only island in Loch Ness - or you can simply enjoy the picturesque views while pondering the legend of the Loch Ness monster. Day three provides free time in Edinburgh
