Sunrise? Sunset? Three locations? In one day?

That’s right ! The additional option of choosing to witness the Stonehenge in sunrise or sunset is exclusive & dictates how your journey will be planned.

So before we begin, which do you prefer?

Here is how the SUNSET journey plans out...

Your voyage begins at late morning where a coach will pick you up and drive to Bath where you will visit the splendid Ancient Roman Baths !

Within the city area there will be time to visit Bath Abbey and Pulteney Bridge, overlooking the Avon river.

You will also visit the unique Georgian Pump Rooms where you will experience the beauty of the Roman Baths. Unfortunately swimming or diving into the Baths is not permitted however, don’t let that stop you from relaxing and enjoying the lavished atmosphere.

Your guide will also conduct an optional walking tour to the house and workplace of Charles Dickens. There is also a stop on the tour for a chance to sample delicious cheeses fresh from the local dairy farms.

In the late afternoon you will then be escorted to Lacock and have a chance to marvel in this humble village where you will get to see where Pride and Prejudice and more recently Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone were filmed!

As the sun begins to set, your journey follows through to the scenic Salisbury Plains where the Stonehenge awaits your presence. This is where the magic happens; Upon arrival at the Stonehenge a guide will take you into the stone circle, normally roped off to the public, for an unique & exclusive tour which will prove an intense & incredible experience.

Watch in awe as the sun sets gently upon the Stonehenge !

The tours will eventually come to an end and you will be returned back to London at approximately 8-9pm.

However you still have the rest of the evening to reminisce over the magnificent Sunset silhouette that graced itself upon the humble Stonehenge !

... And here is how the Sunrise journey plans out

This tour is similar to the Sunset tour however to make accommodations for the Sunrise a coach will await you at London early in the morning.

The coach will then proceed to the Salisbury Plains where the sunrise couples with the Stonehenge for your viewing pleasure

You will arrive at Stonehenge before it opens to the public ! You will witness the stones in the glorious morning light that awakes the Stonehenge from its deep sleep.

The tour then continues it’s journey to Lacock where just like the sunset tour you will have time to shop, explore and see where Pride and Prejudice and more recently Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone were filmed.
