The Edinburgh Loch Ness Break
Spend the first day of three days seeing the sights of fabulous Edinburgh. We begin the second day with a tour of the romantic village of Luss on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, setting of the Scottish television drama Take The High Road. Enjoy the breath-taking Munros (Scottish mountains). After visiting Luss, we will tour the infamous site of the 1692 Glencoe massacre. Glencoe is located in the Highlands of Scotland and is regarded as one of the most beautiful and spectacular corners of Scotland. We then take a short drive to Fort William in the shadow of Britain's highest mountain Ben Nevis, where we stop for lunch.
Then spend the afternoon at Fort Augustus, a small village on the banks of the world-famous Loch Ness. Take a boat trip on the loch and visit Cherry Island - the only island in Loch Ness and try to spy the elusive and legendary Loch Ness monster. The tour concludes on day three with the opportunity to explore Edinburgh on your own.
