Transport from Fiumicino airport

The Fiumicino airport is about 32km from the Rome centre. To reach the city by car, the easiest way is going on the motorway Roma - Fiumicino and then follow the “Raccordo Anulare”.

By Train
Every 30 minutes there is a train that takes you to the Rome Termini train station, from 06.36am to 11.36pm. There is a train every half an hour and the cost of the ticket is 9.50€.

By Underground
You can take the underground service from the Fiumicino airport to Rome Tiburtina every 15 minutes, from 06.27am to 11.27pm.

Transport from the Ciampino airport

By Car
Follow the directions for the Grande "Raccordo Anulare" (the motorway that circles around Rome) and then pick one of the exits for the center of Rome.

By Bus
Using the Terravision service, Ryanair, Easy-Jet, Hapag Lloyd Express, Wizz Air and Central Wings travellers can go to the Rome Termini train station. The ticket cost is 8€. For other travelers it is possible to use the shuttle bus (also this for Rome Termini). The ticket cost is 6€.
