Booking and payment
Making a Booking: Bookings are made via the secure pages on our web site or by telephone. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo card. For cheque or money order options, contact one of our staff via e-mail. Each booking is handled personally by a member of our staff. There is a 10.00 % non-refundable deposit taken for each flat-share booking. Your booking is accepted on the condition that you agree that this charge is non- refundable once your booking has been confirmed. All rates quoted include all charges and taxes unless otherwise specified. It is the customer's responsibility to check the rates before booking. Flat-sharing options may be subject to age limitations, please contact our team to confirm this.
Booking by Fax: Reservations made by fax are accepted only with valid credit card details. Due to the additional handling time, fax reservations have a longer turnaround time and are not suitable for last-minute or urgent bookings. Each reservation fax must also contain an e-mail address of the customer so that the confirmation can be sent back via e-mail (see Confirmation by Fax below).
Credit Card Information: Flat-Share bookings can be made with another person's card details; permission and billing details are required. Please note that for security purposes, the cardholder may be contacted to make sure any charge is authorised.

We do not suggest sending credit card details via standard e-mail. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com will not be responsible for, and will not accept any card details that are sent this way. If you are concerned about your card details, please contact a member of our staff.
Liability of Credit Card Transaction: If unauthorised charges appear on your credit card statement for the card used to make the booking, any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on the web site, Traveltura.com T/A Visiting-Britain.com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure.
Payment before Arrival: Generally, after the non-refundable deposit is taken, there is no need for any further payment before arrival. If full payment before arrival is requested, we will require appropriate authorisation from the card-holder. Please contact our staff regarding this option.
Confirmation
Reservation Confirmation: Once your booking is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please read the confirmation carefully - it contains your reservation number, all of the relevant details and information for check-in. We recommend printing the confirmation out as your reference.
Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com shall not be liable for any losses as a result of the printed confirmation not being produced on arrival. It is also a condition that a customer must report any errors concerning the booking confirmation immediately to the staff, so that another confirmation can be sent. You will be booked into a flat-share room (shared bathroom and shared kitchen) unless otherwise specified on the booking confirmation. All of Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com options are mixed-sex.
Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com accepts no liability for bookings not received or processed due to data incorrectly entered into the booking form, including e-mail address, fax or phone numbers.
Confirmation by Fax: Usually, confirmations are only sent via e-mail. If you require a faxed confirmation, please inform a member of our staff.
Changing / Cancelling Bookings
Changing Bookings:
Change of arrival date is permitted up to 28 days before arrival. Changing the arrival date after this date may incur a charge of the nights you have booked originally. Extending the stay is always possible providing a room is available. Shortening a stay may change the nightly rate, as the nightly rate is higher for shorter stays. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com reserves the right to alter the minimum number of nights required according to time of year, current availability and suitability of a reservation. The cancellation of any nights requires 28 days notice.
Canceling Bookings:
Canceling a reservation requires 28 days written notice. Failure to give 28 days notice for cancellation may result in a charge of the full amount depending on the reservation. To cancel a booking please notify a member of our staff via e-mail. All cancellations require written notice. Any cancellations over the phone must be accompanied by an e-mail to the booking staff confirming the details. As agreed above, the 10% charge is non-refundable regardless of cancellation notice.
Arrival
Arrival Instructions: On your booking confirmation you will find a section on arrival details. It is important to read this carefully. When you arrive at the respective tube station, the appropriate area manager is contacted to pick you up and check you in. Check-in after 5pm is 10GBP pick-up fee per person. The first 28 nights rent is due on arrival.
Any questions on arrival can be directed to your area manager. Under certain extreme circumstances, should your original reserved room-type not be available at the time of arrival, Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com agrees to supply equivalent accommodation until the room-type is available. A double room and a twin room are regarded as an equivalent to each other.
On arrival, a guest arrival form has to be completed and an imprint of the credit card is taken as security deposit. A credit card imprint may be requested by all guests. By signing the guest arrival form you agree to abide by the regulations set by Traveltura.com Ltd. Failure to comply with the regulations may mean extra surcharges or termination of your stay. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com reserves the right to request additional forms of identification if required. Any questions are to be brought to the attention of the staff on arrival.
Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation.
Departure
Leaving your accommodation: Unless otherwise arranged, 14 days written notice is required to set a departure date. On completion of your stay, you agree to leave your room or studio in a tidy state, as it was presented. Keys must be left in the room, and the door closed as you leave. We do not offer a pickup service for the return to the airport or station. We can supply a taxi service phone number if required. The area manager must be notified of your departure and Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com reserves the right to send a repesentative to inspect the room before the imprint of the credit card is destroyed. Failure to give adequate notice of departure may result in charges of one night up to two weeks, depending on the booking. Lost keys will also result in additional charges. Any charges outstanding must be paid before departure; failure to pay will result in your being charged on your credit card.

Each booking is handled personally by a member of our staff. A 10.00 per cent non-refundable and non- transferable deposit is taken for each hotel reservation. There is a minimum charge of 5.00 GBP; that means if the 10.00 per cent booking deposit is under this amount, Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com charge you 5.00 GBP, but only the original 10.00 per cent will be deducted from the hotel bill on arrival. By making a booking you agree that this charge is non-refundable in any circumstances (including cancellation). The remainder to pay (90.00 percent) is paid at the hotel before or after arrival (depending on hotel policy). All rates quoted include all charges and taxes unless otherwise specified. It is the customer's responsibility to check the rates before booking. Traveltura.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings when the booking deposit cannot be processed via the credit card details.
When booking via the web site, you shall be charged the '92 Rate' or 'Traveltura Rate' as listed on the page of the hotel unless otherwise specified. Bookings without credit card details are replied to and then removed from the system.

Room Type: If an en-suite room (private shower/bathroom) is required, please make sure the option is clearly selected and stated on the booking form. If two prices are given next to each other on the web site, the lower rate is a basic (non en-suite) room. If no option is specified, the reservations team will assume the booking is for a basic (non en-suite) room. In most cases, a continental or English breakfast is included in the rate. If you are not sure, please contact a member of our staff before booking.
Payment before Arrival: Generally, after the non-refundable deposit is taken, there is no need for any further payment before arrival, unless specified on the hotel web page. Group bookings may be subject to other conditions, including payment before arrival.
Group Bookings: Please contact our staff before placing group bookings. The rates or conditions of group bookings may change according to the size of the group, time of the year and the length of stay. Please note that the group booking rates may be higher than normal rates.
Hotel Listings: Whilst great care is taken to ensure the details of the hotel match the listing on Traveltura.com and its related web sites, Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com accepts no responsibility for details or rates that the hotel may have changed without notice.
Confirmation

If the Hotel is Full: If your chosen hotel room is not available, a member of our reservation team will contact you via e-mail to arrange or offer equivalent accommodation. Failure to reply or contact our team regarding your reservation will mean your booking will be removed from the system. In this case another booking form will need to be submitted to resume the process.
Room Assignment: The hotel management reserves the right to change the room of equal or better standard (and requirements) during or before your stay.

Changing / Cancelling Bookings
Changing Bookings:
Change of arrival date is generally permitted 72 hours before arrival, depending on the hotel policy and room availability. Changing the arrival date, number of people or room type may be subject to an additional 10 GBP per booking. Should no room be available for the additionally required nights or the persons added, the booking may need to be moved to another hotel or alternate accommodation, with no refund of the deposit taken for the original booking. Changing the arrival date without the notice specified on the hotel page may incur a charge of one night. Extending the length of the stay is always possible depending on room availability. Please note that shortening a stay requires 72 hour notice according to the hotel cancellation policy. The 10 per cent deposit taken for the original booking are non-refundable.
Cancelling Bookings:
To cancel your hotel booking you need to contact the reception desk of the hotel directly. The telephone number and details are supplied on your confirmation. Some hotels may require written notice. Failure to give the notice specified for cancellation may mean a charge equivalent to one night stay on the credit card supplied with the booking. This charge is in addition to the non-refundable deposit already taken for reservation. As agreed above, the 10.00 per cent (GBP) charge is not refundable regardless of cancellation notice. As a courtesy, you are welcome to also notify a member of Traveltura.com staff.
Arrival
Arrival Instructions: On your booking confirmation the address of the hotel and the nearest tube station are listed. Please ensure that your arrival time matches with the reception times of the hotel. Ensure that you allow enough travel time from your airport to the hotel. You can see the opening hours of the reception desk on each hotel page. If you are going to arrive late we suggest a hotel with a 24 hour reception desk. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com accepts no responsibility for bookings made without consulting the opening times of the reception before booking. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation. Any questions or issues with the hotel should be brought to the attention of the hotel manager on arrival.
Departure
Leaving your accommodation: Some hotels may ask you to pay on departure instead of arrival. In this case payment is due using the methods listed on the hotel web page. Failure to arrange payment means the hotel may charge the outstanding amount on the credit card used to make the reservation. Any errors on your bill on departure are to be brought to the attention of the hotel staff.

By making a booking you agree that this charge is non-refundable in any circumstances (including cancellation). The remainder to pay (90.00 per cent) may be asked to be paid before arrival. (depending on the serviced apartment policy). By making a booking for a serviced apartment you agree that the outstanding payment may be requested before arrival and may be non-refundable in the case of a cancellation. All rates quoted include all charges and taxes unless otherwise specified. It is the customer's responsibility to check the rates before booking. Traveltura.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings when the booking deposit cannot be processed via the credit card details.

If two prices are given next to each other on the web site, the lower rate is a basic (non deluxe) apartment. If no option is specified the reservation team will assume the booking is for a basic (non deluxe) apartment. All serviced apartment options are self-catering and do not include breakfast. The management of the apartments reserve the right to limit the number of guests to an apartment.
Payment before Arrival: Most serviced apartments require balancing the outstanding payment before arrival, unless specified.
Group Bookings: Please contact our staff before placing group bookings. The rates or conditions of group bookings may change according to the size of the group, time of the year and the length of stay.

Cancelling Bookings:
To cancel your apartment booking you need to contact the reception desk of the apartments directly. The telephone number and details are supplied on your confirmation. Some apartments may require written notice. Failure to give the notice specified for cancellation may mean additional charges. This charge is in addition to the non-refundable deposit already taken for reservation and any additional deposit from the apartments. Arrival
Arrival Instructions: On your booking confirmation the address of the serviced apartment and the nearest tube station are listed. Please ensure that your arrival time matches with the reception times of the serviced apartment. Ensure that you allow enough travel time from your airport to the serviced apartment. You can see the opening hours of the reception desk on each serviced apartment page. If you are going to arrive late, we suggest a serviced apartment with a 24 hour reception desk. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com accepts no responsibility for bookings made without consulting the opening times of the reception desk before booking. Traveltura.com Ltd T/A Traveltura.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation. Any questions or issues with the serviced apartment should be brought to the attention of the manager of the serviced apartment on arrival.
Departure
Leaving your accommodation: Please ensure to arrange your bill is in order before departure. Failure to arrange payment means the serviced apartment management may charge the outstanding amount on the credit card used to make the reservation. Any errors on your bill on departure are to be brought to the attention of the serviced apartment staff.
Booking Activities
Activity (Tour) Vouchers / Attraction Tickets
Traveltura.com acts as an agent facilitating your booking with the service provider. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of the service provider as upon booking you will be bound by their terms and conditions including conditions for cancellation and refund. Your voucher / attraction tickets will be sent to you by email immediately upon the confirmation of your booking. Should for some reason you do not receive your confirmation voucher contact us as soon as possible. Even if you do not receive your voucher, your booking will remain as confirmed and you will be bound by our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to contact us accordingly. You will need to print your voucher and present it upon your arrival. Traveltura.com Ltd takes no responsibility for circumstances which may arise should you fail to present your voucher.
Complaints
Traveltura.com Ltd acts as an agent facilitating your booking directly with the supplier shown on our website and in your confirmation. It is our responsibility to inform the supplier of your booking and communicate and special/specific requests or needs you may have. We take no responsibility with regards to whether the supplier meets these requests or not. Any complaints you may have should be sent directly to the service provider while still at the venue. If upon your return, you are unhappy with how your complaint(s) were dealt with you should express your dissatisfaction to the supplier in writing.
Payments
When you make a booking through Traveltura.com Ltd either through the website or through the call centre we will ask you to supply us with valid credit / debit card details to pay for the services you are purchasing. If there is an issue which prevents us from taking payment from the card you supply we will be unable to issue confirmation. In the event that your card is declined we will contact you and request that you supply alternative payment details.
We may levy fees for processing a transaction which will vary depending on the card/method of payment you choose. It is your responsibility to inform yourself with regards to the fees we will charge before making a booking.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your reservation you will need to notify us in writing and your request will not be processed until we receive your written request. Should you wish to cancel, you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider(s). Depending on the time frame within which you cancel a portion, or none of the payment you have may or may not be refundable. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the cancellation policies of each supplier before making a reservation.
Amendments
Should you request that we amend your booking additional fees of A £10 (minimum) will apply depending on the nature of the amendment. Further charges may apply depending upon what you have booked and the notice period you provide us with the facilitate the amendment. Suppliers may charge additional fees depending on the nature of the amendment.
